Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), in partnership with Nike have announced plans to release another stunning set of kits for Nigeria national football teams before the end of October.
As stated on NFF’s official website on Wednesday, chieftains of the Nigeria football governing body concluded necessary plans with renowned American kit suppliers via a virtual meeting on Monday.
The new kits are set to be unveiled during the next international break in October when the Super Eagles set up friendly encounters against two unnamed (yet) teams.
Notably, Nigeria’s 2018 World Cup kits earned remarkable reviews after its release, with Nike’s London store selling out just few minutes after putting out the jerseys.
Earlier in February this year, the NFF unveiled new Nike designs for 2020 but the jerseys are yet to be worn by any national team, mainly due to the disruption of the FIFA calendar because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
It remains to be seen whether the yet-to-be-released kits will be just a slight upgrade of the ones unveiled in February.
